  • HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
    Appointments are booked through our online booking system. You access this by selecting a service from one of our service sections and schedule an appointment or consultation. If no appointments are available, this means we are fully booked and/or we have not released our new available dates. If this is the case or if none of our available dates work for you, please contact us directly.
  • DO I NEED A CONSULTATION FIRST?
    Aside from the information above, we ask that you book a consultation if you are unsure about anything at all. All consultations require a description of the area of concern, and send a clear and well-lit picture. We are here to answer your questions! Never book an appointment if you feel uncertain about moving forward with it.
  • DO YOU CHARGE A BOOKING FEE OR DEPOSIT?
    We charge a booking fee or deposit on all services. This is non-refundable. This is also noted at the time of booking before confirmation. If you must change the date you can apply to that date, however, the booking fee is otherwise non-transferrable. A non-refundable booking fee or deposit (depending on service cost) is required to secure your appointment. The fee will go towards your grand total. The remaining balance will be due during the appointment.
  • CAN I BOOK A TOUCH UP IF I HAVE PREVIOUS WORK FROM ANOTHER ARTIST?
    If you have had work done by previous artists, please book a consult and send over well-lit photos in advance so that we can talk about your situation. In some cases, a full service will be required instead of a touch-up. If brows are over-saturated, lightening or laser removal may be recommended. Each situation is case by case, so please reach out and we can chat.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AND GET A REFUND ON MY BOOKING FEE?
    Booking Fees (deposits) are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice with no penalty. The booking fee is forfeited if rescheduled within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule more than once, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee of $100 will be required to book a new appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment, booking fees will be forfeited. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please reach out. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled and your deposit will be absorbed and you will require a new deposit to rebook
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BOOKING FEE IF I CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE LATER DOWN THE ROAD?
    Booking Fees will be transferable to a later date as long as you book within 3 months of the initial appointment. Appointment must be for the same person. However, our rescheduling policy of 48 hours will apply.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF I'M RUNNING LATE?
    If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please reach out. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled and your deposit will be absorbed and you will require a new deposit to rebook
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY APPOINTMENT AND DON'T SHOW UP?
    NO SHOWS will forfeit their booking fee and will no longer be permitted to schedule a new appointment with us. We always confirm your appointment 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Please be courteous with our time as we are with yours. We have zero tolerance for NO SHOWS as this causes a negative impact on our business.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I PRE-PAY BUT MISS MY APPOINTMENT / SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATION?
    Changes to appointments requested within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. This policy helps us value the time of both our clients and our professionals. In under no circumstances that any form of cancellation or missed appointment services be refunded.
