OUR POLICIES
Appointments are booked through our online booking system. You access this by selecting a service from one of our service sections and schedule an appointment or consultation. If no appointments are available, this means we are fully booked and/or we have not released our new available dates. If this is the case or if none of our available dates work for you, please contact us directly.
Aside from the information above, we ask that you book a consultation if you are unsure about anything at all. All consultations require a description of the area of concern, and send a clear and well-lit picture. We are here to answer your questions! Never book an appointment if you feel uncertain about moving forward with it.
We charge a booking fee or deposit on all services. This is non-refundable. This is also noted at the time of booking before confirmation. If you must change the date you can apply to that date, however, the booking fee is otherwise non-transferrable.
A non-refundable booking fee or deposit (depending on service cost) is required to secure your appointment. The fee will go towards your grand total. The remaining balance will be due during the appointment.
If you have had work done by previous artists, please book a consult and send over well-lit photos in advance so that we can talk about your situation.
In some cases, a full service will be required instead of a touch-up.
If brows are over-saturated, lightening or laser removal may be recommended.
Each situation is case by case, so please reach out and we can chat.
Booking Fees (deposits) are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice with no penalty.
The booking fee is forfeited if rescheduled within 48 hours. If you need to reschedule more than once, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee of $100 will be required to book a new appointment.
If you decide to cancel your appointment, booking fees will be forfeited.
If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please reach out. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled and your deposit will be absorbed and you will require a new deposit to rebook
Booking Fees will be transferable to a later date as long as you book within 3 months of the initial appointment. Appointment must be for the same person. However, our rescheduling policy of 48 hours will apply.

Changes to appointments requested within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. This policy helps us value the time of both our clients and our professionals.

Please CONSULT prior to booking if you have previous permanent makeup (no matter how old or faded), have oily skin, have any scars or skin conditions around the brow, if you are taking antibiotics, or you are headstrong on a particular style and need to know if you have the right skin and brows for it.

Microblading is the practice of creating shallow cuts in the skin, which are then filled with pigment, to mimic the appearance of real hair. These cuts are made with a “u blade”, which is a row of extremely fine needles. This is a semi-permanent tattoo, which requires simple maintenance and occasional touch-ups.
Powder brows is a technique of permanent makeup that uses a machine to deposit a beautiful, soft dusting of pigment in the skin. This brow style is perfect for oily, thick skin, and those who love the appearance of a brow shaded in with makeup.
Using the finest in industry technology, Miss V will help your skin feel tighter and smoother by stimulating the production of collagen through the body's natural process.
First, a topical anaesthetic is applied to the skin
Then, the microneedling procedure is performed over the skin, with two or three passes on each area
Miss V will then apply hyaluronic acid to help stimulate collagen production.
Clients can expect mild redness and tenderness or swelling is normal and will last for up to 4-5 days. After healing, the skin will repair and appear brighter, toned, and clear. Most patients typically require three to five treatments in four to six-week intervals—maintenance is every six to nine months
Side effects and risks of microneedling are rare. You may notice your skin feels warm or tight and/ or itchy and you may have increased sun sensitivity. These effects will last up to five days following the procedure but will fade away. Remember to always follow care instructions properly.

Most of us have at least one person in our lives who have battled breast cancer. In the case where a mastectomy is the outcome, we lose our nipples to this treatment. We offer a very exciting, rewarding service of adding back the areola and nipple with the artful application of tattoo! The goal is always to create the most natural look possible. If you are interested in this service, please do book a consultation to discuss.
Our Stretch Mark Camouflage and Scar Management services significantly reduces the appearance of stretch marks and scars. We do this by tattooing the skin with ink that fits the client's skin tone which helps blend the natural skin with the tattooed marks seamlessly.
Who Can Get Stretch Mark and Scar Treatments?
At Body Love Ink, we can treat any kind of scar/mark that is lighter in colour than the surrounding skin. The marks or scars cannot be red for this treatment. The scar management service does require a consultation prior to an appointment.
What Is The Healing Process Like?
After a Stretch Mark Camouflage appointment, the marks will appear much darker while it is healing. Darker skin tones will have a more purple hue while healing while lighter skin tones will have a reddish-brown hue. Healing takes longer for clients who are prone to micro-pigmentation.
Depending on lifestyle or skin type, you may feel you'd like to boost your colour on permanent makeup services, this is where you do that! this is for existing clients only. *Please note* - If your makeup is over TWO years old, this may be considered new work.
